We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time.

DELIVERY OF PHYSICAL GOODS

It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure all flowers are delivered to a secure addresses where the delivery can be accepted. All unsuccessful deliveries will result in the goods being returned to Floretta. 
Redelivery of flower arrangements will incur an additional delivery fee to the purchaser.

Delivery days are currently Thursdays at & Saturdays but are subject to change. Wedding deliveries are quoted separately at a different rate to that which is listed on the online store delivery page. 


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Products sold on this website are perishable, natural floral materials and their life span is dependent on handling, environment and variety.

Colour: We do our best to photograph each arrangement to represent the colours it contains as accurately as possible, all device screens render colour differently, so there may be discrepancies between what you see on your screen & the actual arrangement.

Flowers are a product of nature; availability is dependent on season and supply. As a result, not all goods can be produced  as pictured on the www.floretta.com.au webiste, by accepting these terms and conditions you are acknowledging there may be discrepancies between images and produced goods.
Floretta must be notified within two (2) days of purchase of any problems with your delivery. Floretta will not accept returns based on change of mind or design.
